BERGQUIST GAP PAD TGP 2400 is a gap filling material that efficiently conducts heat, with a rating of 2.4 W/m-K. It’s made with a special filled polymer that makes it very soft and elastic, allowing for easy handling and conforming to uneven surfaces. It’s also a thermal management powerhouse designed to bridge the gap between heat-generating components and heat sinks with exceptional efficiency.

- Low S-Class thermal resistance at ultra-low pressures
- Ultra conformable, gel-like modulus
- Designed for low-stress applications
