Permabond A011 – Anaerobic Adhesive (50Ml)

Permabond A011 is a red, medium-strength anaerobic adhesive designed for locking and sealing threaded or coaxially fitting metal parts. It is an ideal solution for applications where vibration resistance and corrosion protection are required, but where subsequent dismantling with normal hand tools is still necessary.

As a single-component acrylic-based adhesive, A011 is WRAS listed, meaning it is safe for contact with wholesome (potable) water. It provides a controlled strength that ensures structural integrity for large or fragile components while remaining user-friendly for maintenance and repair tasks.

A011 is ideal for technical metal assembly as it offers a viscosity of 500 mPa.s and a maximum gap fill of 0.12mm. It reaches handling strength on mild steel in 15 minutes and working strength in approximately 1 hour at room temperature, with a full structural cure achieved within 24 hours.
