Permabond A126 (50ml)

Permabond A126 is a high-strength, green anaerobic adhesive specifically designed for the permanent assembly of coaxial assemblies or threaded metal components. Characterised by its exceptionally low viscosity, it is an ideal solution for use on tight-fitting components or in applications where the adhesive needs to be applied post-assembly via capillary action.

With excellent vibration resistance and the ability to improve fatigue life, Permabond A126 provides a reliable seal for porosity in welds and castings. This adhesive features UV fluorescence to allow for easy inspection of the bond line and is formulated to replace traditional mechanical fastening methods in high-precision engineering environments.

A126 is ideal for small-clearance joints and maintenance tasks as it offers a maximum gap fill of 0.05mm and can accommodate thread sizes up to M10 (½”). It reaches handling strength on steel in approximately 15 minutes at room temperature, with full structural strength achieved within 24 hours.
