Permabond A113 – Anaerobic Threadlocker (50Ml)

Permabond A1042 is a rapid-curing, blue anaerobic adhesive specifically engineered for locking and sealing metal parts that may require subsequent dismantling for maintenance. It is an ideal solution for replacing traditional mechanical locking devices like lock washers and split pins, offering high vibration resistance and protection against corrosion.
As a single-component acrylic adhesive, A1042 is WRAS listed for use with potable (wholesome) water and features excellent chemical resistance. This makes it particularly well-suited for sealing small hydraulic and pneumatic fittings, ensuring a secure, leak-proof joint that maintains integrity under mechanical stress.
A1042 is ideal for high-speed assembly and maintenance tasks as it offers a viscosity of 1,700–8,000 mPa.s and a maximum gap fill of 0.12mm. It reaches handling strength on mild steel in just 5 minutes and working strength in 30 minutes at room temperature, with a full structural cure achieved within 24 hours.
