Permabond A1046 (50ml)

Permabond A1046 is a rapid-curing, green anaerobic adhesive specifically designed for the permanent locking and sealing of metal components such as bearings, gears, pulleys, and threaded joints. It is an ideal solution for bonding dissimilar materials, as its toughened formulation provides high strength and excellent durability even under arduous conditions.

With superior resistance to vibration, fatigue, and fretting corrosion, Permabond A1046 allows machining tolerances to be relaxed while ensuring long-term structural integrity. This adhesive features UV fluorescence to facilitate easy inspection during assembly and is designed to reduce processing costs by eliminating the need for mechanical locking devices.

A1046 is ideal for high-speed production and heavy-duty maintenance as it offers a maximum gap fill of 0.25mm and can accommodate thread sizes up to M30 (¾”). It reaches handling strength on steel in as little as 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature, with a full structural cure achieved within 24 hours.
