Permabond F201HV

Permabond F201HV is a toughened anaerobic threadsealant designed to provide exceptional resistance to peel and impact forces. Featuring a brown, high-viscosity finish, F201HV is an ideal solution for bonding or sealing dissimilar metals where differential thermal expansion and contraction are a concern.

With very high strength and improved fatigue life, Permabond F201HV is engineered for critical infrastructure, carrying certifications for use with hydrogen (KE214) and compliance with Gastec QA. This sealant is also WRAS listed for contact with wholesome (potable) water, ensuring a high-quality, durable seal for pipelines, valves, and coaxial fixtures across various demanding industries.

F201HV is ideal for high-pressure environments as it offers a maximum gap-filling ability of 0.3mm and reaches handling strength on steel in approximately 15 minutes at room temperature.
