Permabond ES5504 – Single-Part, Heat-Cure Epoxy(320Ml)

Permabond ES5504 is a single-part, heat-cured, metal-filled epoxy adhesive specifically engineered for applications requiring high structural strength and exceptional stability at elevated temperatures. It is an ideal solution for environments where durability is critical, providing excellent resistance to impact, vibration, and harsh chemicals.

As a single-component system, ES5504 eliminates the need for mixing, ensuring consistent performance and simplifying the assembly process. It is formulated to maintain high strength even at temperatures up to 250°C, making it a reliable alternative to traditional joining methods such as welding or brazing for a wide variety of materials, including aluminum and stainless steel.

ES5504 is ideal for high-precision engineering and thermal management as it offers a paste consistency that provides a maximum gap fill of 4mm. It requires a heat-activated cure, reaching full structural integrity in as little as 15 minutes at 180°C or 45 minutes at 150°C, resulting in a robust, grey-coloured bond with high peel and shear strength.
