Permabond ET5364 – Two-Part 1:1 Mixable Epoxy Adhesive (400Ml)

Permabond ET5364 is a high-performance, two-part structural epoxy adhesive characterized by its 1:1 mix ratio and non-drip rheology. It is an ideal solution for bonding a wide variety of substrates, including wood, metal, ceramics, and various plastics and composites. Formulated to produce tough bonds, it offers excellent shear strength and high impact resistance, ensuring durability in demanding industrial environments.

As a thixotropic adhesive, ET5364 maintains its position after application, making it suitable for vertical surfaces or larger gaps. It provides a long work life, allowing for precision in complex assemblies, and exhibits good chemical resistance once fully cured.

ET5364 is ideal for structural assembly and heavy-duty repairs as it offers a maximum gap fill of 2mm and a usable pot life of 2 hours. It reaches handling strength in 8 hours at 23°C and achieves a full structural cure within 7 days at room temperature (or significantly faster with heat), resulting in a robust, grey finish.
