Permabond ET536 – Two-Part, 1:1 Mixable Epoxy Adhesive (50Ml)

Permabond ET536 is a high-performance, two-part epoxy adhesive featuring a 1:1 mix ratio and a non-drip rheology. It is an ideal solution for structural bonding across a wide variety of substrates, including wood, metal, ceramics, and many plastics and composites. It is specifically designed to provide high peel and shear strength, forming tough bonds that resist mechanical stress.

With an extended work life, ET536 allows for significant adjustment time, making it particularly suitable for larger-scale applications or complex assemblies. Its robust chemical resistance and high impact strength ensure long-term durability in demanding industrial environments, while its thixotropic nature allows for application on vertical surfaces without sagging.

ET536 is ideal for heavy-duty structural assembly as it offers a maximum gap fill of 5mm and a usable pot life of 50–80 minutes. It reaches handling strength in 90–120 minutes at 23°C and achieves a full structural cure within 72 hours, resulting in a durable bond with a Shore D hardness of 65–75 and excellent dielectric properties.
