BERGQUIST SIL PAD TSP K1100 is a thermally conductive insulator made from Kapton, offering moderate performance. A silicone elastomer filled with aluminium oxide and boron nitride coats the thermally conductive Kapton MT film. This combination delivers thermal performance similar to boron nitride while the Kapton film itself provides a continuous, durable dielectric barrier that prevents electrical breakdown and protects against component failure.
