Sil Pad

Sil Pads are an excellent thermal material that minimises thermal resistance from a powerful semiconductor to a heat sink. This process electrically isolates the semiconductor from the heat sink to provide sufficient dielectric strength to help withstand higher voltages. Sil Pads are a flexible and tough carrier material that uses conformable fiberglass and silicone rubber to provide a highly versatile material. Applications and Industries include Automotive Electronics, Semiconductors, Telecommunications and Aerospace.
