It bonds rapidly to a variety of surfaces including aluminium, steel (both zinc-plated and uncoated), plastics and rubbers. Cyanoacrylate adhesives are single component adhesives that polymerize rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. The moisture adsorbed on the surface initiates the curing of the adhesive. Strong bonds are developed extremely fast and on a great variety of materials. These properties make cyanoacrylates ideal adhesives for high-speed production lines.

Product Spotlight – Permabond TA4631

Todays #ProductSpotlight focuses in on @Permabond product Permabond TA4631!

Permabond TA4631 (50Ml) is a 2-part, 1:1 no odour acrylic adhesive. It has been developed to bond low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene with no primer or expensive surface treatment required. It can also be used to bond a wide variety of other materials such as metals and composite materials and is ideal for bonding dissimilar surfaces. This product is similar to TA4630 but does not contain micro beads making it suitable for joints with smaller gaps.

Please note that 50ml cartridges require a manual dispensing gun (sold separately).

Cho-Foil CCH (18-101-0050) – Parker Chomerics CHO-FOIL® metal foil tapes provide an economical solution to applications requiring excellent electrical conductivity across substrates. These foil tapes can provide a low impedance connection between a braided cable shield and the metal connector backshell in molded cables. Due to the highly conductive pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive (PSA), the tape can provide an effective shielded cable assembly without the need for soldering the tape to the braid.
