Permabond ET5441 (50ml)

Permabond ET5441 is a thixotropic, thermally conductive two-component epoxy adhesive specifically designed for bonding metal substrates in applications requiring high temperature resistance. Offering a white and dark grey mixed appearance, ET5441 is an ideal solution for aerospace and electronics industries, as it meets UL94 HB flammability ratings and ECSS-Q-ST-70-02C thermal vacuum outgassing requirements.

With excellent resistance to motor oil, glycol, and hot or cold water, Permabond ET5441 provides high shear strength on stainless steel, carbon fibre, and various alloys. This adhesive can achieve full cure at room temperature over 7 days, or via an accelerated heat cure of 2 hours at 80°C, ensuring a tough, chemically resistant bond that maintains integrity under harsh operating conditions.

ET5441 is ideal for precision assemblies and heat management as it offers a maximum gap fill of 2mm and a long usable pot life of 150 minutes, allowing for the accurate alignment of complex components.
