Permabond 2010 – Very Fast Cure Thixotropic Cyanoacrylate Adhesive

Permabond 2010 is a thixotropic, fast-setting ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for maximum versatility in challenging assembly environments. Its semi-gel consistency makes it an ideal solution for use on vertical surfaces, as it resists dripping, and on porous substrates like wood or ceramics, where it prevents excessive absorption into the material.
With a 100% reactive, solvent-free formulation, Permabond 2010 provides high-strength bonds that develop rapidly at room temperature. Its unique rheology allows it to be easily dispensed while providing the highest gap-filling capability within the Permabond cyanoacrylate range, making it a reliable choice for bonding poorly mated parts or complex geometries.
2010 is ideal for heavy-duty industrial maintenance and vertical assembly as it offers a maximum gap fill of 0.5mm and high shear strength on steel (15–25 N/mm²). It reaches handling strength on most surfaces in under 15 seconds at room temperature, with a full structural cure achieved within 24 hours.
