Permabond ET5365 – Two-Part, 2:1 Mixable Epoxy Adhesive (50Ml)

Permabond ET5365 is a two-part, 2:1 mixable structural epoxy adhesive specifically engineered for superior adhesion to a variety of substrates, including wood, metal, ceramics, and many plastics and composites. It is an ideal solution for applications requiring high structural integrity, providing a very smooth surface finish and exceptional resistance to both impact and high temperatures.
One of its standout features is its WRAS Drinking Water approval, making it suitable for contact with potable water. Additionally, ET5365 is designed to cure effectively at lower temperatures than standard epoxy grades, offering reliable performance in challenging environments. Its robust formulation ensures high shear strength and long-term durability, even when exposed to harsh chemicals.
ET5365 is ideal for specialized structural bonding and water-industry applications as it offers a maximum gap fill of 2mm and a usable pot life of 20 minutes. It reaches handling strength in 2–4 hours at 23°C and achieves a full structural cure within 24 hours (or just 1 hour at 60°C), resulting in a tough, grey bond.
