Permabond ET515 – 1:1 Mixable Epoxy Adhesive (50Ml)

Permabond ET515 is a 1:1 mixable, two-part epoxy adhesive characterized by its semi-flexible nature and high impact strength. It is an ideal solution for structural bonding where differential thermal expansion is anticipated, providing excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including wood, metal, ceramics, and some plastics.
As a toughened adhesive, ET515 is specifically designed to absorb stress and resist cracking under mechanical load. Its relatively fast curing profile at room temperature ensures that components reach handling strength quickly, making it a versatile choice for industrial applications that require a balance of rigidity and resilience.
ET515 is ideal for bonding dissimilar materials as it offers a maximum gap fill of 2mm and a usable pot life of 10–20 minutes. It reaches handling strength in 20–30 minutes at 23°C and achieves a full structural cure within 72 hours, resulting in a colourless bond with high peel strength and an elongation at break of 20–40%.
