Permabond ET5145 – 1:1 Mixable Epoxy Adhesive (50Ml)

Permabond ET5145 is a high-strength, two-part epoxy adhesive specifically formulated for applications where the cured product may come into contact with food or beverages. It is an ideal solution for structural bonding of metal, wood, composites, and certain plastics, offering a unique combination of high shear and peel strength alongside exceptional impact and vibration resistance.
As a 1:1 mixable system, ET5145 meets the requirements of FDA 175.105, making it a trusted choice for the food and beverage industry. Its robust formulation ensures high environmental durability, maintaining bond integrity even under mechanical stress and varying temperature conditions.
ET5145 is ideal for heavy-duty industrial and food-grade assembly as it offers a maximum gap fill of 2mm and a generous pot life of 50–80 minutes. It reaches a working strength in 16 hours at 23°C (or just 30 minutes at 60°C) and eventually cures to a tough, ivory-coloured finish with excellent dielectric properties.
