Permabond TA4204 – Two-Part 1:1 Toughened Acrylic Adhesive

Permabond TA4204 is a high strength toughened acrylic adhesive, designed to cure rapidly at room temperature. Offering a thixotropic gel consistency and a crystal clear appearance, TA4204 is an ideal solution for bonding multiple pieces of glass, metals, and GRP. With a high shear and peel strength, Permabond TA4204 can be used to bond unprepared aluminium and carbon fibre giving them a high-quality, transparent finish. This toughened acrylic comes as a 1:1 ratio system that can be used with or without a mixing nozzle, reducing the complexity of the assembly process. TA4204 is ideal for high-speed production as application can be done with a fixture time of only 1 to 2 minutes.
