Permabond PT326 – Two-Part 1:1 Polyurethane Adhesive (50ml)

Permabond ET5145 is a two-part, 1:1 mixable structural epoxy adhesive specifically formulated for applications requiring compliance with FDA 175.105 for food-contact safety. It is an ideal solution for bonding a variety of substrates, including metals, wood, composites, and certain plastics, where high shear and peel strength are required.

This adhesive features a thixotropic, “non-drip” paste consistency, making it suitable for vertical applications or where gap filling is necessary. Once fully cured, ET5145 provides excellent environmental durability and high impact resistance, ensuring the structural integrity of the bond even under mechanical stress or vibration.

ET5145 is ideal for high-performance bonding in food-processing equipment as it offers a maximum gap fill of 5mm and a usable pot life of 50–80 minutes. It reaches handling strength in 3–5 hours at $23^circtext{C}$ and achieves a full structural cure within 72 hours, resulting in a tough, white-to-ivory finish.
