Permabond TA4611 – Two-Part 1:1 Toughened Acrylic Adhesive

Permabond TA4611 is a 2-part, 1:1 toughened acrylic adhesive, designed to bond low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene. Offering a thixotropic consistency and a transparent finish, TA4611 is an ideal solution for bonding dissimilar surfaces without the need for primers or expensive surface treatments.

With good impact strength and chemical resistance, Permabond TA4611 can be used to bond metals and composite materials giving them a high-quality, durable finish. This toughened acrylic comes as a high-performance formula capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -55°C, reducing the risk of joint failure in extreme environments.

TA4611 is ideal for joints with smaller gaps as application can be done via a static mixer nozzle to achieve handling strength in 40 to 50 minutes.
