Permabond MS359 – Moisture Curing MS Polymer Adhesive (290ml)

Permabond MS359 is a single-part, room-temperature curing MS polymer adhesive designed for a wide variety of substrate materials, including metals, plastics, and composites. It is an ideal solution for exterior construction applications, such as bonding frames and fascias, due to its excellent resistance to weathering and environmental degradation.
As a high-performance sealant and adhesive, MS359 is free from solvents, isocyanates, silicones, and PVC compounds. Its formulation ensures that it does not require mixing, simplifying the application process. Once cured, it remains flexible with a high elongation at break (150–350%), allowing it to absorb movement and thermal expansion between bonded components.
MS359 is ideal for large-scale construction and outdoor assembly as it offers a skin-over time of 10–20 minutes and a cure rate of approximately 5mm per 24 hours. It provides a durable, grey finish that maintains strength even at elevated temperatures, with a Shore A hardness of 45–60.
