Permabond UV610 – Single Part Fast Setting Uv Curable Adhesive (50Ml)

Permabond UV610 is a single-part, fast-setting UV curable adhesive specifically engineered for high-strength bonding of glass to metal. Its exceptional clarity and high shear strength make it an ideal choice for aesthetic and structural applications, such as the manufacturing of high-end glass furniture where seamless, high-strength edge joints are required.

As a “cure on demand” adhesive, UV610 allows for precise alignment of parts before permanent bonding occurs. It is 100% solids, containing no solvents, and is designed to cure rapidly even when using low-power UV lamps. This efficiency simplifies the production process while ensuring a robust, professional finish.

UV610 is ideal for precision glass-to-metal assembly as it offers excellent adhesion to both substrates and a rapid fixture time as low as 2 seconds (depending on lamp power). Once fully cured, it forms a tough, translucent polymer with high elongation (95%), allowing the joint to absorb mechanical stress and thermal expansion.
