Permabond MM115 is a general-purpose, medium-strength anaerobic threadlocker and sealant designed for locking metal bolts, nuts, and screws. Offering a blue, non-drip thixotropic consistency, MM115 is an ideal solution for fasteners that may require disassembly for service and maintenance using ordinary tools.

With reliable performance on steel, cadmium, zinc, and other plated fasteners, Permabond MM115 prevents vibration loosening while providing excellent corrosion protection. This 100% solids, environmentally friendly adhesive also acts as a lubricant during assembly, ensuring controlled off-torque and consistent results in machinery and equipment manufacturing.

MM115 is ideal for high-speed production lines as it reaches handling strength in approximately 10 minutes at room temperature, with the ability to accelerate cure times using Permabond activators or heat.
