Permabond F201

Permabond F201 is a toughened anaerobic retainer developed to provide exceptional resistance to peel and impact forces. Featuring a brown, medium-viscosity finish, F201 is an ideal choice for bonding relatively thin or lightweight components that may be subject to distortion or thermal stresses in service.

With very high strength and improved fatigue life, Permabond F201 combines toughening with excellent adhesion to aluminium and copper alloys. This adhesive is WRAS listed for contact with wholesome (potable) water, ensuring a reliable, permanent bond for dissimilar metals in mechanical assemblies where high-quality performance and environmental durability are required.

F201 is ideal for precision engineering and maintenance as it offers a maximum gap-filling ability of 0.2mm and reaches handling strength on steel in approximately 15 minutes at room temperature.
