Permabond A136 – Anaerobic Gasketmaker (50Ml)

Permabond A136 is an anaerobic material engineered for creating “formed in situ” gaskets between metal surfaces. It is capable of replacing various conventional gaskets, which helps in reducing stock holdings for manufacturers. Because the product does not shrink, creep, or relax after curing, it eliminates the need for bolt re-tightening.

This adhesive provides improved stress distribution through surface-to-surface contact and offers excellent chemical resistance, making it suitable for use with various gases and liquids. Additionally, A136 is WRAS listed, meaning it is approved for contact with wholesome (potable) water.

A136 is ideal for sealing metal interfaces where a high-strength, permanent seal is required, offering a maximum gap fill of 0.5mm. It reaches handling strength in under 30 minutes at 23℃ and achieves a full structural cure within 24 hours, resulting in a durable red finish.
