Permabond HL126 (50ml)

Permabond HL126 is a water-thin, green anaerobic threadlocker specifically designed for locking pre-assembled parts through wicking action. Due to its exceptionally low viscosity, it is an ideal solution for penetrating micro-pores to seal weld porosities and for securing set screws or other fasteners after they have already been torqued into place.

With superior environmental resistance and 100% solids, solvent-free formula, Permabond HL126 prevents vibration loosening and provides a tamper-proof seal on most metallic surfaces. Its high-strength performance and ability to withstand temperatures down to -55°C make it a reliable choice for machinery manufacturing and critical maintenance where post-assembly application is required.

HL126 is ideal for precision assemblies and leak prevention as it can fill gaps up to 0.05mm and reaches handling strength on steel in approximately 15 minutes at room temperature.
