Permabond 922 (50g)

Permabond 922 is a single-part, allyl cyanoacrylate adhesive specifically engineered for applications requiring exceptional high-temperature resistance. It is an ideal solution for bonding metal surfaces, such as steel and aluminium, as well as a variety of plastics and rubbers, where the bond must maintain its integrity under extreme thermal stress.

With a moderate viscosity and 100% reactive, solvent-free formulation, Permabond 922 provides high-strength bonds that develop rapidly at room temperature. For maximum performance in high-heat environments, the adhesive features a secondary curing mechanism activated at temperatures above 150°C, enabling the bond to withstand temperatures up to 250°C.

922 is ideal for heavy-duty industrial assembly and high-temperature sealing as it offers a maximum gap fill of 0.4mm and high shear strength of 19–23 N/mm². It reaches handling strength on steel in less than 20 seconds at room temperature, with a full structural cure achieved within 24 hours.
