Permabond 825 is a low-viscosity, modified ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive specifically engineered for high-performance bonding in elevated temperature environments. It is an ideal solution for applications requiring rapid strength development and excellent adhesion to rubber, metal, and plastics, where the assembly must also withstand significant thermal ageing.

With its 100% reactive, solvent-free formulation, Permabond 825 polymerizes rapidly at room temperature by reacting with surface moisture. This adhesive is designed for efficiency in high-speed production lines, providing a robust bond that retains its structural integrity even after prolonged exposure to heat.

825 is ideal for precision industrial assembly and thermal management tasks as it offers a maximum gap fill of 0.15mm and high shear strength on diverse materials like stainless steel (18–22 N/mm²) and various plastics. It reaches handling strength on steel in 10–20 seconds at room temperature, with a full structural cure achieved within 24 hours.
