Permabond 910

Permabond 910 is the original 100% methyl cyanoacrylate adhesive, widely recognized as a gold standard for bonding metal surfaces. It is a single-part, low-viscosity liquid that provides exceptional bond strength to steel, aluminum, and most other metal alloys, while also offering versatility for bonding various plastics and rubbers.

With its rapid-curing formulation, Permabond 910 develops a fixture strength in just 10 seconds on most surfaces. It is approved to MIL-A-46050C Type I Class 2, making it a staple in industrial manufacturing and maintenance where a reliable, “all-purpose” metal adhesive is required without the need for mixing or heat.

910 is ideal for high-precision metal assembly as it offers a low viscosity of 70–90 mPa.s and a maximum gap fill of 0.15mm. It reaches handling strength on steel and brass in 10–15 seconds at room temperature, achieving a full structural cure within 24 hours while maintaining high strength at temperatures up to 85°C.
