Permabond 102 – Low Viscosity General Purpose Cyanoacrylate Adhesive

Permabond 102 is a low-viscosity, general-purpose ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive specifically engineered for the rapid bonding of close-fitting components. It is an ideal solution for high-speed production lines involving plastics, rubbers, and metals, where it initiates curing almost instantly upon being pressed into a thin film between parts.

With its 100% reactive, solvent-free formulation, Permabond 102 provides a high-strength bond that develops rapidly at room temperature. It is approved to MIL-A-46050C Type II Class 2, making it a reliable choice for meeting rigorous industrial and military standards for precision assembly and maintenance.

102 is ideal for versatile manufacturing tasks as it offers a low viscosity of 70–90 mPa.s and a maximum gap fill of 0.15mm. It reaches handling strength on steel in 10–15 seconds and on most rubbers in 5–10 seconds at room temperature, with a full structural cure achieved within 24 hours.
