BERGQUIST HI FLOW THF 5000UT is a phase change material designed to mould into shape at elevated temperatures and provide strong thermal performance. This range of breakthrough technologies, see use in thin bond line systems that have low thermal resistance such as cloud data centres, 5g telecom infrastructures and automotive structures.

  • Solid at room temperature.
  • Liquid State at 45℃ which allows  shaping to space.
  • Thermal conductivity: 8.5 W/m-K.
