Thermattach – 67-10-0160-T405

Thermattach T405 is a thermal interfacing tape designed for use within heatsink mounting as well as telecommunications infrastructure. This white, double sided, tape offers reliable adhesion to ceramic and metal components.

Eliminating the need for mechanical attachment, T405 performs effectively under varying environmental and thermal stresses.

Reinforced with aluminium, Thermattach T405 can operate at temperatures ranging from -30 to 125℃. Under these higher operating temperatures, the tape provides excellent thermal conductivity (0.5 W/m-K) allowing it to handle heat dissipation on < -25W components.
