Product Description
Permabond UV649 is a single part, fast setting UV-curable adhesive, designed specifically for bonding plastics. Offering a non-drip consistency and a colourless, clear appearance, UV649 is an ideal solution for bonding polycarbonate, metals, and glass.
With a very high shear strength and elongation, Permabond UV649 can be used to bond substrates with different coefficients of thermal expansion giving them excellent impact resistance. This UV-curable comes as a 100% solids formula with no solvents reducing the environmental impact and allowing for cure on demand.
UV649 is ideal for use as a sealant as application can be done with low-power lamps to achieve a deep depth of cure in as little as 4 to 10 seconds.
