Permabond UV625

Permabond UV625 is a single part, fast-curing UV-curable adhesive, primarily designed for bonding and sealing glass and metal. Offering a non-drip, colourless gel consistency, UV625 is an ideal solution for applications on vertical surfaces or where large gaps are involved.

With high elongation and excellent impact resistance, Permabond UV625 provides a tough, flexible bond that can withstand thermal fluctuations and physical stress. This UV-curable adhesive comes as a 100% solids formula with no solvents, ensuring a high-quality seal while reducing environmental impact through a cure-on-demand mechanism.

UV625 is ideal for high-speed industrial assembly as application can be done with low-power lamps to achieve fixture strength in as little as 2 to 5 seconds.
