Permabond 4UV80HV is a single-part, fast-setting UV-curable adhesive specifically formulated for the assembly of medical devices. Characterised by its high viscosity and “cure on demand” properties, it provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plastics and metals commonly used in the medical industry.

With high shear strength and ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity biocompatibility, Permabond 4UV80HV ensures a safe and reliable bond for sensitive healthcare applications. This 100% solids, solvent-free adhesive is designed for high-speed production, curing to a clear finish that allows for easy visual inspection of the joint.

4UV80HV is ideal for precision medical manufacturing as it offers rapid fixture times—as fast as 5 seconds on flexible PVC when using low-power lamps. It maintains robust environmental durability, capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -55°C and brief exposure to high-temperature processes such as paint baking and wave soldering.
