Permabond TA4605 (50ml)

Permabond TA4605 is a 2-part, 1:1 toughened acrylic adhesive, specifically developed to bond low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene, polyethylene, and HDPE. Offering an off-white thixotropic paste consistency, TA4605 is an ideal solution for bonding dissimilar surfaces without the need for primers or expensive surface treatments.

With high shear strength and excellent chemical resistance, Permabond TA4605 can be used to bond metals, composites, and even difficult substrates like PTFE and EPDM. This toughened adhesive contains specialized micro-particles to ensure a controlled gap fill of up to 1mm, reducing the risk of bond failure due to uneven joint spacing.

TA4605 is ideal for fast-paced industrial applications as it achieves a fixture time of only 5 to 10 minutes, with handling strength reached in under 25 minutes at room temperature.
