Permabond ET503 (50ml)

Permabond ET503 is a two-part, fast-setting epoxy adhesive designed for high-strength structural bonding across a wide variety of substrates. It is an ideal solution for applications involving wood, metal, ceramics, and various plastics (such as ABS and polycarbonate), especially when a rapid room-temperature cure and excellent environmental resistance are required.

Formulated for ease of use, ET503 features a convenient 1:1 mix ratio and a low-temperature cure capability (starting at 5°C). Once applied, it provides a tough, durable bond that maintains high integrity even when exposed to water and humidity, making it suitable for both industrial assembly and general-purpose maintenance.

ET503 is ideal for fast-paced assembly tasks as it offers a maximum gap fill of 1mm and a very short pot life of 5 minutes. It reaches a fixture time in just 6 minutes at 23°C and develops working strength within 20 minutes, eventually curing to a robust, light-grey finish with high peel and shear resistance.
