Permabond ES5748 (320ml)

Permabond ES5748 is a single-part orange epoxy adhesive that cures with heat to form a high-strength, rigid bond. It is an ideal solution for bonding difficult plastics such as PBT and features a rapid, low-temperature heat cure, making it particularly suitable for electronic sensor housings and pump housings.

With excellent resistance to vibration and high temperatures, Permabond ES5748 provides a durable bond on a variety of substrates including aluminium, stainless steel, and carbon fibre. This toughened adhesive is designed for ease of use, as it requires no manual mixing or weighing, ensuring consistent results in automotive and industrial manufacturing environments.

ES5748 is ideal for high-speed assembly lines as it offers a maximum gap fill of 0.5mm and can reach full cure in as little as 10 minutes at 150°C, or under 3 minutes when using induction curing methods.
