Permabond ES562 (50ml)

Permabond ES562 is a single-part, white epoxy adhesive designed to flow like solder when heated during the curing process. It is an ideal solution for replacing mechanical fastening, soldering, or brazing in assemblies where a low-viscosity, self-levelling adhesive is required to penetrate tight joints or cover intricate metal surfaces.

With excellent adhesive strength and superior resistance to vibration and chemicals, Permabond ES562 provides high shear performance on steel, aluminium, and zinc. This adhesive is formulated for ease of use, as it requires no manual mixing, ensuring a consistent and high-quality bond for structural applications in the automotive and electronics industries.

ES562 is ideal for precision engineering and high-volume production as it offers a maximum gap fill of 0.25mm and exhibits free flow at high temperatures. It can reach full cure in as little as 20 minutes at 160°C, or under 3 minutes when using induction curing methods.
