Permabond ES569 (320ml)

Permabond ES569 is a single-part, black epoxy adhesive that cures with heat, removing the requirement for manual mixing or weighing. It is an ideal solution for bonding metal surfaces, ceramics, and composites, particularly in applications where high-strength structural bonds and excellent environmental durability are essential.

With high shear and peel strength, Permabond ES569 provides outstanding resistance to vibration, impact, and a wide range of chemicals. This toughened adhesive is designed to maintain its performance even at elevated temperatures and withstand solder reflow processes, making it a reliable choice for industrial electronic components, motor assembly, and pump housings.

ES569 is ideal for high-volume manufacturing and vertical surfaces as it offers a non-sag, thixotropic consistency with high wet strength. It provides a maximum gap fill of 5mm and can be cured rapidly in an oven or via induction, reaching full strength in as little as 40 minutes at 170°C.
