Permabond ES566 (320ml)

Permabond ES566 is a single-part, grey epoxy adhesive designed to provide excellent adhesive strength to metal surfaces, composites, and difficult-to-bond plastics such as Nylon and PBT. It is an ideal solution for replacing mechanical fastening, soldering, or brazing in industrial applications, particularly where a rapid heat cure at lower temperatures (as low as 90°C) is required to protect sensitive components.

With high shear and peel strength, Permabond ES566 offers high temperature resistance and maintains its integrity through processes like paint baking and wave soldering. This adhesive is formulated for ease of use, as it requires no manual mixing or weighing, ensuring a consistent and reliable bond across various engineering substrates.

ES566 is ideal for high-volume manufacturing and thermal management as it offers a maximum gap fill of 2mm and a “no flow” consistency at high temperatures. It can reach full strength in as little as 10 minutes at 150°C, or under 3 minutes when using induction curing methods.
