Permabond 791 (20 x 20g)

Permabond 791 is a surface-insensitive, low-viscosity ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for the rapid bonding of difficult substrates. It is an ideal solution for materials with acidic surfaces, such as wood and plated parts, as well as plastics, metals, ceramics, and elastomers, where it minimizes the occurrence of frosting (blooming) and fogging.

With its 100% reactive, solvent-free formulation, Permabond 791 develops strength extremely fast at room temperature. Its surface-insensitive nature makes it a versatile tool for high-speed production lines, ensuring high-strength bonds even on substrates that typically inhibit the cure of standard cyanoacrylates.

791 is ideal for precision assembly on non-standard surfaces as it offers a low viscosity of 15–50 mPa.s and a maximum gap fill of 0.1mm. It reaches handling strength on steel, rubber, and phenolic surfaces in just 2 to 3 seconds at room temperature, with a full structural cure achieved within 24 hours.
