Description

BERGQUIST GAP PAD TGP A2600, also known as GPA3000-0.125-01-0816, is a thermally conductive, filled polymer laminate that is electrically isolated and reinforced with a mesh. This makes it easy to handle and resistant to puncture, shear, and tear. The dark gold side of the material has a reinforcement layer that helps with burn-in and rework processes, while the light gold and soft side of the material allows for added compliance.
