Abkestik A 304-6 is a light blue, one-component, epoxy adhesive and sealant specifically engineered for high-throughput assembly. Its standout physical trait is its “readily pourable” viscosity (21,500 mPa·s), which is significantly lower than many other industrial epoxies. This allows the material to flow quickly and evenly into end caps for hydraulic oil filters and high-temperature aerospace filtration components.

The formulation is designed for “toughness” balancing a rigid structural bond with enough flexibility to resist the mechanical vibrations and pressure differentials found in hydraulic systems.
