Permabond TA4208 (50ml)

Permabond TA4208 BLACK is a two-part, 1:1 mixable toughened acrylic adhesive designed for high-performance structural bonding. It is an ideal solution for bonding a wide variety of materials, including metals, plastics, composites, ceramics, and wood. A key advantage of this adhesive is its ability to provide excellent shear strength on many substrates, including unprepared aluminium, with minimal surface preparation.

As a toughened acrylic, TA4208 BLACK offers superior resistance to impact and environmental factors. It is formulated to maintain high shear and peel strength even when exposed to elevated temperatures, making it suitable for applications such as paint baking and wave soldering processes.

TA4208 BLACK is ideal for demanding industrial assembly as it offers a maximum gap fill of 3mm and a usable pot life of 4–9 minutes. It reaches handling strength in 10–15 minutes at 23℃ and achieves a full structural cure within 24 hours, resulting in a durable black finish with high fatigue resistance.
