Permabond ES578 (320ml)

Permabond ES578 is a single-part, heat-cured epoxy adhesive designed for applications requiring high thermal conductivity and bond strength. It provides excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, ceramics, and composite materials, making it a preferred choice for bonding aluminum heat sinks to ceramic headers. This adhesive is formulated to meet the fire retardancy requirements of UL94 V-0 and provides exceptional resistance to vibration and chemicals.

As a single-component system, ES578 eliminates the need for mixing, ensuring a consistent application process. It is thermally conductive (1.0 W/(m.K)) and electrically insulating, which allows for efficient heat dissipation while protecting sensitive electronic components.

ES578 is ideal for high-temperature environments as it maintains structural integrity with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 105℃. It offers a maximum gap fill of 5mm and can be cured using an oven or induction methods, reaching full strength in as little as 25 minutes at 170℃ or under 3 minutes via induction.
