Product Description
CHO‑THERM® A274 is a highly conformable, silicone-based thermal interface pad filled with aluminium oxide and reinforced with an aluminium foil carrier, designed to provide reliable thermal conductivity across uneven surfaces and large gaps. Available in both flat and ribbed profiles, it offers excellent compressibility and heat transfer performance, making it suitable for applications where vibration, vertical mounting or surface irregularities are present. Its UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and RoHS compliance ensure safe use in telecom, automotive, aerospace and industrial electronic systems, while its ability to be die-cut into custom shapes allows for versatile integration into complex assemblies.
