Product Description
Ablestik 8-2 is a non-conductive adhesive used in Micro-Electro-Mechanical system packing while providing excellent levels of thermal conductivity compared to other unfilled epoxies. This heat cure adhesive is designed to withstand temperatures up to 200℃ (at intermittent timings).
