Ablestik 45 LV MOD is a low-viscosity, unfilled, epoxy adhesive designed for assembly applications where high flow and controllable flexibility is essential. As a refined version of the standard ABLESTIK 45, this “LV” (Low Viscosity) variant offers a mixed viscosity of approximately 8,000 mPa·s, allowing it to penetrate tight gaps and wet-out substrates more effectively. By varying the ratio of Catalyst 15 LV Clear, users can precisely tune the cured hardness of the adhesive to range from a rigid structural bond to a highly flexible elastomer.

The system is engineered to bond dissimilar substrates, compensating for different rates of thermal expansion while maintaining its non-conductive properties. It is a general-purpose solution that provides an easy mixing process and a generous 120-minute work life for a 100g mass. It supports multiple curing paths, ranging from a 24-hour room temperature cure to a rapid 15-minute heat cure at 105°C, providing significant flexibility for diverse manufacturing environments.
