Therm-a-Gap G974 is a thermally conductive gap filling pad designed for flexibility and high levels of thermal conductivity. Typically used in memory modules, handheld devices and automotive electronics, Therm-a-Gap G974 is designed with a “clean break” glass fibre carrier to allow for precise and intricate applications.
- Soft and flexible compared to other pads.
